Orochimaru using chidori

if i use a new vessel(m-329) w/ any orochimaru,such as(n-447), and choose a sasuke uchiha(n-155), can orochimaru now use chidori since the effect says
"this ninja can use "chidori" jutsu card without paying its jutsu cost"?

No, Orochimaru wouldn't be able to use Chidori. The requirements of the jutsu Chidori still have to be met, and those requirements are "Sasuke or Kakashi".

However, if there was some way that you could change Orochimaru's name to Kakashi or Sasuke, then he would be able to use Chidori without paying it's jutsu cost. M-US073 Overlapping Images could give Orochimaru the name Sasuke or Kakashi, if you wanted to try using that.
