if i have a n-406 naruto uzumaki & shadow clone battling, which states the kost of the rasengan jutsu is 1 lightning; if the platoon uses the jutsu j-068 chakra concentration targeting jutsu j-255 rasengan in my chakra area, for the effect of jutsu 068, i pay 1 lightning (bekause of the platoons effekt) OR pay 2 lightning and one generic chakra?
