M-356 The Symbol of the Proud Clan
If I play M-356 The Symbol of the Proud Clan on turn 3, then on turn 4 play another, will I get -2 Entrance Cost for "Uchiha" ninjas in my hand and +2/+2 for all of my "Uchiha" ninjas in play? I'm wondering because it doesn't say it's effect cannot be duplicated.
