J-380 and J-377

For these two jutsu's what order should they be played in to kill a ninja, I've Heard one or two people say you have to play Rasengan First(J-377), and some People Say you have to Use Shuriken First(J-380)

the way i see it is:

I Play J-380(let it resolve)

then i start a new chain and Play J-377(then it resolves)
it would kill the ninja

because of J-380 injuring the ninja and the J-377 giving the final blow before the showdown, i should kill the ninja and get the extra damage

how is it going to happen?

In order for Rasengan (J-377) to discard the target due to the damage it deals, you should have Shuriken J-380 resolve first so that the target ninja is in injured status.

You can do this by using Shuriken, let the chain resolve, and then start a new chain with the Rasengan.

or

Since effects resolve last in first out (LIFO) off the chain, you could also put Rasengan on the chain, then put the Shuriken ON THE SAME CHAIN after that, and these would then resolve LIFO. The Shuriken would resolve first since it was played on the same chain last causing the target to become injured. Then the Rasengan would resolve causing the target to be discarded due to the Rasengan damage.
