N-441 and N-us027

Can I use Jiraiya (N-us027) effect while Naruto & Sakura platoon (N-441) is on the feild? My judge said no because it is not Naruto but its Naruto & Sakura. He backed his answer up with the reason why Kiba cannot search for Kiba & Akamaru platoon if your wondering why he said that.

Jiraiya (N-us027) can use his effect while the Naruto & Sakura platoon (N-441) is on the field b/c, as stated in the thread that I linked to below, while the platoon is in play, it counts as having both Naruto and Sakura in play.

The reason why you can't search for the Kiba & Akamaru N-226 platoon with a search effect while it is in your deck is covered in number 14 of the above thread.

Basically, while a platoon is in play, it counts as both ninjas, but while it is not in play it is only the full card name. If the Kiba & Akamaru N-226 platoon had Name: Akamaru as a characteristic, then N-US010 Kiba could search for it.
