Attack from the blind spot (added a question!?!)

If my opponent has an oc naruto N-US122 out and I play attack from the blind spot M-US019 and I send out a team with a turn 6 can naruto still block.

He can still be sent out, due to his immunity to mission effects.

Change in the question

Different but same question.

If my opponent has an oc naruto N-US122 out and let's say Aoba N-157 (a turn three) in a team and I play attack from the blind spot M-US019 and I send out a team with a turn 6. Can naruto and his team still block? The real question is if I prevent another person in an OC's team from being sent out to battle does that mean that the OC ninja can't be sent out with his team.
