Chain and Resolving a Jutsu

Okay, so I play my brother in a Naruto battle and he sends out Itachi Uchiha (N -203) and Kakashi Hatake (N -192). these ninja #'s don't matter, as long as Jonin for an example.

I send out 2 ninjas of a team of 1. one Ninja blocks itachi and the other blocks kakashi. Now my brother has only 3 chakras in his chakra area and he pays 2 chakras to activate 8 Trigrams Divination Seal Spell Formula (J -006). He pays the 2 chakras so he now has 1 chakra left. Then he said he will let the Jutsu "resolve" so it goes to the chakra area. Since he now has 2 chakras he activates a 2nd 8 trigrams. on my other ninja therefore getting 4 BR's in the showdown.

Is it possible to have 3 chakras. play 8 trigram (means 1 chakra left). let it resolve (now 2 chakras) and go to the chakra....and THEN play another trigram???? It seems like it works....but it just seems wrong.

The senario you described is accurate. (My advice try to have some negations or Ninja removal effects in your deck before playing him again )
