My Naruto[OC] is battling against a team of The Fifth Hokage, Shikamaru&Temari, and Shizune. I play my Explosion of the Rasengan jutsu card and he chains with Shikamaru&Temari's effect. He lets the Jutsu resolve and Shikamaru&Temari gos to the bottom of the deck. My question is, is it still a mental power battle??

However, since chains occur first in last out, the effect of N-264 Shikamaru Nara & Temari would make the battle during the turn a Mental Power battle, then it would be removed via the effect of J-382 Explosion of the Rasengan.
