No Rank Ninja

Ok, for clarification purposes:

No rank vs. Genin/Chunin/Special Jonin/Jonin/Sannin/Satoosa, #1 if cards that effect Ninja's of "lower rank" does that include or exclude no rank ninja?

#2 If a card prevents ninja's of higher rank from effects of lower rank ninja are no rank ninja's included as those ninja's of "lower rank"?

1) If a card effect specify's "lower rank" Ninjas then it exlucdes No rank Ninjas since they have no rank.

2) The effect in question will do nothing against no rank Ninjas, and will not prevent their effect from effecting you since they are of no rank.
