Sasuke Uchiha, his effect states:
"Each time this ninja becomes the user of a Jutsu card with a "Fire" symbol you can draw 1 card." My question is with the new rules for applying effects on the chain, when does his effect activate? When does it resolve? Is it even put on the chain? Thank you for clarifying, in advance. Bump, please answer. Also, this is an interesting question, due to the wording on the card, such as: "you can draw 1 card" does that make this an optional triggered effect? or is it a triggered effect at all? And it says "each time" even though this is an "optional effect", does that indicate it can be used on each instance he meets his requirements? Last edited by SAI : 12-03-2008 at 07:31 PM.

Bumping so the post is seen, if your going to work on it please note that in a post so I won't have to keep bumping it thinking your all overlooking it. And maybe even an E.T.A. when I can expect to see a prospective answer would be nice.
