I have a couple questions about the Exchange of Jutsu Phase:

1. Is it possible to use as chakra a jutsu that has been played that turn? If so, when do I have the priority to start a jutsu chain again?

2. When does usJ-001 Shadow Clone Jutsu discard its cards. During activation or resolution?

1) After the current chain finishes resolving.

2) during resolution. You must choose how many to discard before you begin discarding.
