If I use N-453 Itachi Uchiha (Goal) effect to get rid of one ninja in my opponents team and if I use J-045 Leaf Instant Move Jutsu to get back N-453 Itachi Uchiha (Goal) can I use his effect again to make my opponent's team have at least 0-1 ninjas in the team against mine?

optional ninja effects can only be used once per turn.
