Spy of the Hidden Sound village M-096 and Ambush

I have a question about ambushing a ninja in play after you Play M-096 spy of the Hidden Sound Village. It says while this mission card is in the chakra area you cannot deploy any ninjas. My question is does include ambushing a ninja into play. I know it doesn't count for growth or platoon but it is a new game mechanic so i just wanted to ask.

Also just came to me Appearance of Unknown Rival M-051 do the opponent draw a card if you Ambush a ninja ?

Ambush counts as your deploy for the turn, Therefor, if you have M-096 in your chakra area, you cannot ambush or deploy.

Ambush does count as a deployment, so your opponent would draw a card with M-051 if you ambushed a ninja into play.
