Does this mean that Naruto/Sasuke can use that effect in connection with J-382 Explosion of the Rasengan and/or Moonlight Rasengan(don't have the card number)?

Is the effect applicable to all "Rasengan" jutsu cards, as long as the jutsu card has the word "Rasengan" in it?
