Platoons question

I'm confused about platoons counting twords the 3 ninja with the same name per deck rule.

ex:I have 3 naruto cards in my deck does that mean I cant also put a card with naruto in the platoon into my deck?

i'm confused about what you're asking...

you can have a 3 copies of the Platoon with the name "X & Y", and 3 copies of the Ninja named "X" and 3 copies of the Ninja named "Y" in your deck. "X & Y" is not the same as "X" or "Y".
