Chain question

if my opponent uses M-092 Tide of the Deadly Combat, can i chain with
N-US035 Haku to injure one my ninjas, then haveing tides heal that ninja?

Yes you can, as M-092 does not check status on the ninjas until the effect has gone off. The chain would resolve Haku's effect first, then resolve Tide.
