M-272 Tsunade's Guess

if i use the mission M-272 Tsunade's Guess and i pick a ninja (or mission or jutsu) , i have to shuffle my deck after its effect resolves, or, i put the remaing cards in the order i want to chose, or, in the order they were?

i know this has been questioned a lot, but i need the word of a mod to paste it and show it to my meijin, so here goes, my opponent sasuke uses J-131 Chidori and i use in response J-365 Opening the Sharingan Eye who gets the pump? my ninja gets +5/0 or his sasuke gains another +5/0?
