Jutsu Quetion?

If I charge 1 card for chakra then send out a ninja like choji to attack, and my opponent blocks with a sasuke, and then i use two kunia [j-001] jutsu cards. Since effects are resolved in reverse order i pay the cost for the second kunai jutsu first, with the 1 card i have in my chakra area, does that 2nd kunai go directly to my chakra area after its effect is successfully payed for and applied, so i can use it to pay for my first kunai jutsu card that i used?

you pay for Jutsus when your Ninja uses them.

after the effect is applied, the Jutsu will move to your Chakra area.

you can then use the Chakra to pay for other Jutsus.
