ok, if my opponent is going to use inos effect on my mission phase, can i call organazation phase before i play my one ninja per turn restriction and my opponent choces not to use her effect, does that mean i cant play my ninja now?? or even organize my ninjas on my field??

i need a moderator to answer this question please.

both player's must pass in turn without doing anything for the game to move from the Mission Phase to the Organization Phase.

if the Attacker states that they are done with their Mission Phase, and the Blocker activates Ino's effect, then the game is still in the Mission Phase and the Attacker may deploy a Ninja, or use an effect for that matter, before the cycle begins again.

if the Attacker deploys a Ninja, then they haven't passed, and the Blocker can still do something. at that time, the Blocker can use Ino's effect.

wait, so if the attacker declears his organization phase and the blocker choses not to use ino effect can the attacker still deploy a ninja?

in a perfect world, the Attacker would say "i'm done with my Mission Phase. are you doing anything?"

the Blocker would say "no", and the game would move into the Organization Phase since both players have passed without doing anything.

OR

in a different perfect world, the Attacker would say "i'm done with my Mission Phase. are you doing anything?"

the Blocker would say "I'm using Ino's effect, selecting that Ninja".

then, because the Blocker did something, the Attacker can then do something, like deploy a Ninja if they had not already, or they can start the cycle again, pass and say "i'm done with my Mission Phase. are you doing anything?"
