Multiple Chain and other confusions

Question 1- If Player A. activates #133 dead soul jutsu in response to an opponent using #006 8 trigram divination seal spell formula.

8trigrams target is the opponent in this case we will call tsunade

Tsunade responds with dead soul jutsu and targets 4th gama platoon.

Dead soul will resolve first thus bringing out the platoon. Now for the question.
Under the previous rule format 4th Gama would have discarded the 8 trigram user before 8 trigram got to resolve. For this reason the 8 trigram would fail.

How would this play out with the new chain rule?

Question 2- If Us040 shikamaru&asuma both wins a victory and is discarded in the same turn, would the effect be activated twice?

do the effects of the Ninjas in your example matter? if so, you need to provide card numbers so we can cross reference them all.

N-US040 is an optional effect (it uses the word 'can') so i can only be activated once per turn.
