Hmm....I'd say either the Kaiten, Makyou Hyoshou, or anything with Destruction Bugs.

But, Nikudan Sensha, Gatsuuga and Soushoryu are all good too.

Though my fav. characters don't have any type of special power, if I had to pick one to have, I'd pick the Aburame clan's Kikaichuu no Jutsu (The Destruction Bug Host Technique).
By depleting an opponent's chakra, you can win against anyone.
(I'm actually now considering a deck-type based around this, depending on what cards come out...)

For me it would be Sharingan and the Byakugan. They are both very good, have good weaknesses. I had more written out but I think I should not post it unless rules say I can. Becuase most of the stuff I know about both would be considered spoilers and such.
