I think what he means (and I could be wrong) is that the way Shika usF is right now, it should be a 3 drop chunin rank like some of the others, not a 1 drop Genin...

Uhh did you miss the "CREATE A NEW NINJA WHO NEGATES." Part of my post. Also if OLA is blocking he just sucks. And would it be so bad that you could play a SR shika over a common one again? No. Plus OLA has to die on the attack to injure my shika. Sooo King of the early game? I think not.

It's better than Shikamaru USF being annoying as hell now ain't it? I'd say the same for Ino USF as well she's more annoying than Shikamaru cause she jacks your formations up like crazy, her Platoon is even worse late game though.

The problem with Naruto OLA is that he's an out of print promo that some people who don't have them will have a hard time getting unless they get it online or on ebay for a heavy price possibly.
