2nd, so what, he didn't kill the fox, mind naming someone who could have =/

3rd, He MADE the Rasengan. He wasn't able to complete it but he really didn't need to. He created a jutsu that while only half complete is still extreamly powerful.

Last, Jiraiya taught the 4th, but that doesn't mean he was always stronger. Kakashi taught Naruto and Sasuke, but in the current Manga, both are stronger than him.

Also, the 4th wasn't Jiraiya's teacher because by the time the 4th was born, Jiraiya didn't need one. Speaking of teaching, the 4th taught Jiraiya the rasengan so...

Ah the age old argument of being true to the show and making a good game. Seeing as how bandai will never really do anything you want them too (as well they shouldnt) I shall give you a piece of advice, stop worrying about it all. Think about effects first and the characters second as the picture has nothing to do with the game. Its kind of one of the first steps for a newb on the road to getting better to realize that this.

Oh and for the record, APW epitomizes reaper death seal in the fact that he kills himself to seal an opponent at the bottom of their deck.

If he was meant to be used with Reaper Death Seal, then why did nobody do that?
Becuase [Addressing Past Wrongs] was broken, and ruined the game for too long, like Chaos in YuGiOh.
APW was so broken, Reaper Death Seal was seen nowhere near him. Fun comboes don't live when one of their pieces is too broken.
