I need some help making a deck
I have all the cards except ninja's 19,21,41,43 jutsu's 8,23,25,30 mission's 4,40
I really need help,I can't seem to win please help.

It isnt always decks that determine if you win or not, check how you play as well. The more you play the more you will learn about what works better in a deck toward your play style, and what decks work better for you. Dont concern yourself with losing so much right now, just play around with things and get a feel for how this game works best with you and then you can make a deck that's truly competitive against anyone you play. Also playing a lot gives you an idea of what cards people play a lot, and you can then add cards to counter that in your deck.
