Shipping problems?

To all meijin, and if kyle can divulge...

from the phoenix meijin, and one in colorado, the cards werent in on time, what happened and why?
I dont mean the actual cards, but the launch party decks and cards
can they get the cards to the meijin for their launch parties tomorrow?
