Once again, these are not normal promos. As noted, bandai themselves have said these will be the rarest promo cards they have released with the smallest print run and will only be available with the launch kits. Once all launch kits are gone, there will be no more, and last they noted, they were almost out of kits.

I remember reading in another thread on this board that only the first 100 locations that sign up for a launch party will get a launch kit that has 30 promos each. Multiply that by 100 and you have 3000 launch promos...

found the tread:

its the 6th post down on the 1st page...

I understand that, however they also said the same thing about the launch promo for One Piece and at Gen Con they had about 5000 of it on hand (the promo stamp was different but the card was the same)

I would expect the same FUNCTIONAL card will be re-released within 6 months (as BanDai is known to re-release EVERYTHING they give as promos/tournament cards at least once)

It could be different but I would be suprised.

Theres a difference, One Piece did horribly and there were hardly not much participation in the launch. Bandai got stuck with tons of the promos, heck they got all those organized play promos as well as there really were hardly no organized play tournaments being run either. Naruto on the other hand is doing quite well for itself, don't expect to see any left over kits really.
