Put in Play vs into Village
Ok, Sorry if there are multiple or at least another of type of question
At my local there has been a couple times where a player claimed Giant Chimera (n-1002) during battle after he spawns a coin, he can make it immediately block during the same turn another team. I told my friend who played him that this makes absolutely no sense but maybe he has a point. Is this possible? Because hasn't the designated blocking time already passed so even if he put in play it, it is basically sent to village. The difference between the 2 keywords: So cards that put into village put them into village but also apply the put in play effect, if there is any, or triggers. Put in play is a shorter version without the use of village right? Are they not almost the same thing? Just remembered, does put into team effects activate put in play effects also. I think so but maybe I wrong on that. maybe it skipping that timing and puts it directly into team? Last edited by vmaul : 03-17-2013 at 08:41 AM. Reason: Remembered something to ask about |

Well maybe you not responding due to this question being totally plain stupid or something, but I guess I will not get a response to this before I go to my local again, I hope he sees my point lol

Quote:
Put in play effects would trigger if a Ninja was put into a team from an out of play zone.
