wanting to try lightmlning void, need deck ideas and help

I am planning on playing in my first organized tournament and would like to play something that would be able to compete with the decks of today. So I turn to you forumers for help.
Also just so I know, which sets are block legal right now?

Suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

22-27 are legal sets plus starters also if u are looking for competitive void-void water
