I do realize that 0/1 injured is better than 0/0 injured blah blah but that's less important. If I drop Shika T0 and my opponent drops Pakkun T0 and attacks, there's no way I would block. I'd wait for next turn and attack with my 5+ power. Pakkun remains understatted but Shika O's 2 support makes him somewhat versatile.
This has sort of gotten out of hand. All I meant to say was Shika is still one of the very best T0's and Kabuto won't affect his playability. As I think about it more, if Ino CH stays we'll likely see decks that wouldn't normally play Shika O use him. The new Kabuto is even more reason to splash Shika and Ino since both fulfill her effect.

I don't disagree with that, I was just pointing out what I was perceiving as a comparison between Pakkun v Shika Outwit being similar to Shika Outwit v Shika Outwit.
If the endgame of the comparison was that, "They just won't block", then you're absolutely true. I was looking at it from the perspective that "They're similar because they both run into each other and share an injury" In which case, Pakkun wins out in that exchange.
