It is a really bad designed set all around.

The impures costs make them unplayable and a wasted potential.

100% sure Tylar and Bandai knew they would "go further" in the story to release all these fan favorites, only to then go back a little to cover over things like Konan v. Tobi and other stuff. Because yeah, they definitely skipped some stuff. No need to rush the game.

I wish Bandai would use this same logic presented in the "Release the game + the card game set and both promote one another" to do something else equally as cool. What I mean is: Repeat this with the Naruto Shippuden movies. I'd love a set of just all movie characters/scenes. I'm sure most players would agree. One set could cover 2+ movies, and at the same time it'd also promote the movies (which can be purchased still)... Why not?

Is that the same company who owns the series?? If so, it should be easy to make a set based off the movies again...
