This set is released around the same time as what last year's set 23? Im looking at the cards in Set 23 and well there is about 10-15 playable cards in this set compared to the previous year's Set 20 which the whole thing was pretty much used. So whats the reason we have to wait till after rotation to use a set to it's full potential. Set 20 didnt really wait and those 10-15 cards from set 23 didnt really wait long either but lets be honest those cards were versatile and useable in multiple decks.

UNLIKE Set 28 which is a disaster at it's current previewed status. I mean come on. Genre is 100% right, Tylar needs to address the reason this set is so poopie and how Bandai can justify us consumers into purchasing a set worth garbage. I swear we were told TP sets and tins were discontinued to improve quality on sets. If thats the case i want 2 waves of tins and a mini subset from the aftermath of this set.

I just want to know why certain cards didn't get more elements, or more characteristics (Madara w/ Tree, Mental Power, etc...)...

and how one card can be an unblockable machine vs. one card just injuring a guy when he's PiP...

or a snipe jutsu which also negates jutsus and destroys missions that has MORE USERS and a BETTER COST/EFFECT than a super rare with only one user and 4 specific chakra cost...

The point I was tryig to make is these cards are terrible when compared to what we already have. Take away what we have now and these may be better.

This set also seems to have some staples (Tailed Beast Bomb for example). There are a few broken cards, like Mü, as well.

Honestly, I don't think this set is that bad. I look at the IR ninjas and see a lot of potential. I'm going to test a few different versions of that build just to see. But I think it's a lot better than people give it credit. Just remember to play the Madara client instead of that garbage 7 drop...

Why is Ligtning Speed, a card that obviously has to do with the Raikage, targets Burst or Flashpoint ninjas yet neither of the Raikages has either of those keywords? Cee can go lightning speed now.

My favorite thing about lightning burst is it's a rehash of plus a boost. I like how it says "WHEN target wins an outstanding victory" as if saying
"I done tripled your strength and forced the battle. If you dont score an OV then they musta got you good."

I like this with Tailed Beast reinforcement naruto, Anko, or even 4th hokage.

*sigh* "Tailed Beast Reinforcement Naruto" is my lazy way of referring to the naruto that has burst from set 26 that can PiP the reinforcements of 6 tails and the 9 tailed fox. How the hell would I know what this sets naruto is going to be!?!? /).<

I swear it's like nowadays no one even tries thinking things through before they post.

If it makes you feel better, I understood what you meant. The only tailed beast related Naruto with Burst.
