what is the story for the NY Jonin / SJC in March?? they are on back to back weeks - the jonin on 3/23 and the sjc on 3/30

in terms of transportation, saul suggested renting a giant van so that we could fit all of us willing to go. the question is, how many of us are willing and how much can the van fit?

also, two hotel rooms in such a case??

me and freeman are looking into it also SC girl migt be able to get us cheap hotels since she like high up in the chain in X hotel companys

i didnt notice there was a SJC the week after we could just plan for the SJC only

Someone who lives in MA should be in charge of getting/reserving the van for obvious reasons (so they can see it if needed, they'll be closer to the location to retrieve it, etc). No one should be required to gather the money together. We are all adults - we give you (or whoever it's owed to) the money immediately upon the start of the trip. Period. No IOU, no "I'll pay you later"; it's either you have the money or not. As long as we're all told how much we owe you, that'll be it. I know myself that I hate when I receive IOUs or other stupid forms of payment; I like getting it out of the way so there's no lingering BS or hostile feelings. I know for me, I'll be giving you cash immediately. Depending on the amount of people going, I may get a second hotel room (this may be the case, 99% sure). In which case, I will get my own hotel room that will probably be used for the NH players and people like Eisenbud who will go. We'll figure it out depending on who goes. I'd prefer a comfortable hotel room rather than 200 people in one room. Even so, the hotel should be cheap as hell.

I know that me, Ryan and Alex will be the only ones going from here. So that should be three slots filled, and a fourth for Saul (the obvious)... leaving more than enough spaces open for the MA players.

EDIT: Soon we'll have to determine who is going to either the Jonin, the SJC or both. I know Ryan/Alex/Me want to go to both.
