The other issue is maintenance. Unless they would be like that certain online site, they'd have to constantly update for errata, ruling changes, and have a way to maintain rogue list. And what about playability? Would it be set up like the YuGiOh video games, where the effects of cards could work by themselves, or would you have to spell everything out for your opponent every turn? If they did that, it would be the same as another nameless site. Also, would it be formatted for the two competitive formats? There's a lot more to it than just putting the cards in a system, which i'm sure they don't have the manpower to make up for the biggest cost: Time.
