Thinking all the kages are at the way bottom of the list with Yagura and Hanzo. I found it odd that Yagura was so low in the list compared to the other edo jins and the only reason I could think off at the moment was they put all the satoosas together on the list.

Maybe Hanzo isn't the last ninja. There's still a bunch of lower level ninjas that Kabuto resurrected like Chiyo, Kimimaro, and Hizashi. The list is actually pretty long. I'm sure they aren't all playable in the game, but the ninja images aren't coming from the game.

According to my number crunch, there should be three more Ninjas after Hanzo on the card list, unless there are more Missions after Mist's Greatest Swordsmen, or more Jutsu after the Seven Swords Jutsu. Point is, there is still room for three more cards after the already locked Ninja, Jutsu, or Missions, if the set is 120 cards like the others.

I just want the 2nd Mizukage to be in this set. Inb4 s***ty a** and/or completely uncreative effect.

I can see it now:
Impure negatos effect could go something like this: 0/0 healthy and injured
Remove a ninja with "pain" in its name. This ninja gains the effect text and printed power and suppost of the removed ninja this turn.

Decent and fits with the anime, no?
