forum rank has nothing to do with that you need to win 1 genin level event or 3 academy level events to make it to genin.

To get a Genin pin, you have to win 3 ninja academy level tournaments or 1 Genin level tournament. Then you send an email to doa*bandai.com or bykova*bandai.com with your name, bandai ID#, address, store location, date(s) of tournament(s) you won, and links to the tournament results on the organized play site.

Pins have nothing to do with this website. Your rank here is solely based on your post count and you aren't rewarded for increasing your rank.
