I accept and understand that a Mission on the Chain does not have an effect as of yet, however, since it is a legal and valid target for Kiba's effect, why would Kiba not resolve, Negate the targeted permanent missions effect which it has none, and then require that card be negated for the remainder of the turn as Kiba stipulates? Doesn't Kiba set up a condition where regardless of what effect text is on the mission or when that mission's effect is intended to be resolved and applied, that it is negated anyway because it is within the confines of that turn?
This seems legit. Anyone have a counter argument?

So, to simplify this thread for all those who don't wanna read:

Spiritomb still doesn't understand the game, nor does he understand when proof is presented to him, even when he doesn't need it.

MJM, Shino's Dad and others know how to answer things that would make sense to a 3 year old who speaks Swahili as his first language.

Spiritomb refuses to listen, altering his argument when it's defeated in order to make sure someone else is the idiot, when in face, HE is the idiot.

Conclusion: If you want to learn the game, just do the exact opposite of what Spiritomb says. Listen to MJM and SD.
