Blanket Effects and Invulnerability

Okay, so cards like Kimimaro and Tsunade & Katsuyu are pretty good at turning the game into a straight up defensive beat down game where you have no mission, jutsu, or ninja effect options to defend yourself from an untouchable team. Are there any ways around this??

No judges here to speak for the tiny group of naruto players in this town, so we have come up with half-baked conclusions and would like correction or confirmation.

Do blanket effects work? Shark Dance or Genjutsu do not have "targets" so they could possibly get around Katsuyu, but what about Kimimaro?

Do negation effects work? Shikamaru and Suigetsu both have passive and active negation respectively. What about Choji and Shikamaru? Which ninja effect wins out against an opponent who can't be touched?

The list of possible candidates go on however I'm sure some would be excluded from working due to their precise wording and I have no wish to make an exhausting list here to clutter up the post, so I leave the question up to you.

Please help us moderators and informed community. You're our only hope.

Jutsus that do not target and Missions could stop nus060.
The only way to stop nus124 would be to negate his effect before he enters play. This is possible with cards like .

Thanks. Unfortunately we're running into too many negate cards such as the ones above, and , which is taking the fun out of the game. :/

Not enough beatdown, and the lack if all other effects is annoying.
