Deployment of Kazekage loophole

Now I am well aware of the no same name rule, however in my casual play I have experienced a number of times the deployment of "" The 4th Kazekage and "" Kazekage. While clearly the same character they have similar but not the same names, and there is no characteristic name listed to differentiate either. In this rather small town there is no official judges to lay this out for us, so the question stands; can both be out on the field at the same time?

n169 has an errata. n691 and n169 have the same name.
