I agree. Only downside is the infinite lock of "Arearearearea" i'm bound to stutter and stammer myself into trying to play him. I'm just gonna call him Scorpion.

can i pay a naruto with wind/lightning elements for a sakura's tears handcost to copy the effect of Clash of Ideals and get Naruto's "hand cost" effect to return 2 BRs to hand?

Sakura's Tears doesn't make itself a copy of the mission in your Discard Pile, it makes you apply its effect. Since you didn't actually play Clash of Ideals, and thus did not pay a hand cost for it, you don't get anything for using Sakura's Tears to apply its effect.
