A Quiet Day M-914

I have some questions about

1. Can i chain to A Quiet Day? Can i remove the coin before the Mission comes in play (and negate it if i have a Lightning Ninja too)?

2. I have 5+ BR and active an effect of Desperation Ninja (ex. ), my opponent chain A Quiet Day to effect, then can i chain again Orochimaru's effet due to Desperation?

3. I deploy a Ninja with Flashpoint (ex. ), my opponent chain A Quiet Day to his deployment, then can i activate Flashpoint or my Ninja comes in play after the chain?

2. Yes you can.
3. If he chained to the deployment, you would not be able to activate Flashpoint.
