Ah okay so I was right he can pop a turn 1 With just him as only mist idea I was thinking is set 27 haku and on turn 4 put in utakata pop a ninja use moment of weakness pop another and use haku to brin out another utakata so u could potentially get turn 3 turn 2 and turn 0 ninja on turn 4
