For cards use the card link function ( the C1 and C2 next to LINK in the bar above where you're typing right now).

For C1, you highlight a card number you type and hit C1. So if I type n002 and then highlight it and hit C1, I get

For C2, you can write Anything and then highlight that and type in the card number in the pop up box. So if I highlight Sasuke I Think and type n002 in the pop up box, I get

You have to link the URL of the card you are trying to link if you are going to use that method. That method is strictly for URL's.
