No. Your OPPONENT trashes a card from their hand, THEY trash two chakra, and THEY damage one of their ninjas. THEY choose it all, so it could lead to inconsequential cards taking the hits.

k? they r still going -1 to hand, -2 to chakra, and giving off 1 damage....the one that matters the least is the -1 to hand imo because like u said they can trash a garbage card. However on turn 3 -2 chakra and being forced to give 1 damage to 1 of your 4 ninjas??? the most optimal choice there is their 0 drop but on tun 3 most players are still riding on that ninjas combat....so all of this happens and what happened to you? u went -2 to hand and got 2 chakra, allowing you to freely attack into there now weakened feild and safley play jutsus due to their - in chakra, the card is highly playable and EASILY waters best mission

You are so very wrong. Giving your opponent that choice is horrible. Ok, i'm down two chakra. By the way, I struggled your mission (playing water too, ain't it fun?) so you go down the same. Playing fire, I negate. Playing wind, I don't care, I'll regain it all in one turn. Playing lightning, I already have 13 chakra, what's 2 to me? Playing void, you can't play the mission because I boosted turn and have Naraka out. Glad to see you have a dead card in hand.

I know most of this is situational at best. But my counters are more reliable than your mission giving you advantage.

your arguments could be said for anything...like the warhawk all u did was list counters to any mission. also lightning doesnt gain that much chakra...idk what cards your playing, but that element has no more chakra busters than any other element in this game. missions dont have to draw for it to be playable XD. We are clearly going to have to agree to disagree here..you thinks the card is bad I think its insane, yea it may not be hard to come back from during the next turn, but on that turn the card was played, your opt is at a hell of a greater minus than u are...the card is legit a -2 for a -4.

The only reason i'd play that card is if I wanted to run A New Master with it. Otherwise, i'd play....anything else.

I actually wanted to play it, than when I tried it, I saw that I played WAY to many T3missions and didnt generate enough chakra...so I think it is so so
