When a card says Requirements: "Rinnengan" + "Ninjutsu" what does the ninjustu part mean exactly? I'm brand new to this game and I'm kinda confused on this.

Also when ninjas are in teams can they still use their effects?

"Ninjutsu" refers to the Ninjutsu Combat Attribute.
