Naruto Uzumaki Clone Rasengan Use?

Hi, I was wondering if the Naruto Uzumaki (Clane) from set 22 ,Weapons of War (N1234) can use Rasengan. Rasengan requires a Naruto Uzumaki with Clone Status, N1234 does have clone status. I heard that you cannot dissect words, such as Naruto Uzumaki (Six Tails) (N1396) has the characteristic "Tailed Beast Form" and you cannot dissect it into "Tailed Beast". Does this apply to N1234? Can N1234 use Rasengan (J879) or (J986)? Thank you for your time!
