I finally got my pins!! But in the mail lol.
So I got my pins in the mail box this morning. I'm so happy. Took them about 4 days to send them.

Most of the time, your Meijin would send in notice, and your pin would arrive at your local store soon. That's how my team all got ours.

Normally my meijin give me my pins. Yet I have to call bandai directly for them to send them to my house.

Send an email to doa*bandai.com and/or bykova*bandai.com with your name, address, store location(s), dates of tournaments you have won, and links to the tournament results from the Organized Play website. You don't have to wait for your meijin, you can do it yourself.
to receive a Genin pin, you have to either win a genin tournament or win 3 ninja academy (genin tournaments have "genin" in their title). You are only allowed to receive 1 of each pin from each venue so don't try and get 3 genin pins if you have won 3 genin tournaments at your local store. to receive a chunin pin, you have to win 3 genin tournaments. You can also get one by winning a chunin, but the meijin will have those on hand the day of the tournament. why? they changed the policy and now players can get pins sent to their home instead of to the store. It's more convenient because the players get them faster and it takes the burden off the meijin. It's not fun going through months of tournaments to see which players qualify for which pins.
