Trolling is an term used all over the entire internet. It's not Naruto CCG (or other CCG) exclusive.

I just got into the Naruto CCG so I have a few questions.

1.) Is the max # of cards you can have 50 in your deck, 10 in your sideboard, & 15 in your reinforcements?

2.) What is the highest turn marker any card has? I know some can be played when your turn marker is 0 & the highest I have seen is 6 or is there even higher?

it goes up to 9 currently. Though 7-9 is generally reserved for new Tobi, Madara and select summons and select tailed beasts

1 - You're deck must be exactly 50 cards. You're sideboard must be exactly 10 if you use one. You're reinforcement deck can be any number of cards 1-15, but 15 is the maximum.
2) The highest printed EC on a card is 9. It's widely regarded to be the highest they will get. There are tuns 7 and up, but they are usually reserved for extremely powerful ninjas in the show such as Naruto (Sage Mode)/(9-tails cloak), Tobi, Madara; or for game winning ninjas like Sasori (Puppet Mode) Sakura and Tsunade Squad, or The 9-Tailed Fox. (Literally in that last case)

I'm sorry I dont know if this was covered already, but can "Void" cards use any symbol for hand cost? (Or must it be another void card). Vice-versa can a "void" symbol be used in place of another symbol for jutsu cost?

Void can be paid with anything, but Void can only be used as a cost for void.
