the issue is anything worth playing with naruto is named either rasengan or wind shuriken rasengan (or whatever) the number of targets is minimal and the costs are high. It's just much harder to set up and only one of the jutsu's snipe.

And Kimimaro? It even has an effect which works with the Jutsus should you not be able to use them.
