Unless I am missing some news, Rock Lee (set 21), Aoi, and Super Slap are all illegal.
Easily replaceable though. run Loopy fists for Lee, run Art of the lions mane of super slap (or any other decent lightning jutsu, there's plenty), and for aoi just run some other ninja. There's literally 10+ options, pick one. I personally recommend doubling down on might guy or running a hidan to go into cursed mode.

super slap was reprinted in the 25 starter and aoi was reprinted in the 23 starter and lee was reprinted too(i think) but i dont know why he wouldnt just run loopy fist but this gives me an idea
