J984 unlocking the seal- if i were to play lets say 3 unlocking the seal with the same user in the same turn, would it win 3 brs? i figured it wouldnt because it adds the effect text, but then i figured "does the game actually check for duplicate effects on the same card?"

You would win 3 BRs if the user won any Victory.
